Truck Freight Shipping
Large, heavy, or bulky goods are delivered via common carrier freight truck as a Curbside Delivery. Be aware, this is NOT an in home delivery. All furniture will arrive in boxes. It is vital that you inspect boxes/furniture for damages BEFORE signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If furniture is damaged beyond your repair, you are to refuse those pieces. In order to have any recourse, damages MUST be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt. If damages are not noted on the delivery receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the replacement goods and the freight charges. Transit times vary from state to state. In many areas, enhanced in home delivery is available for an additional charge.

Shipping Terms apply to residential online puchases made by end consumers within the contiguous United States. Customers living in remote or limited access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. The website will not calculate these at checkout, however we will contact you regarding any extra fees before processing your order.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional shipping charges and may not be available in all areas. If you have any questions, please email us at leaders@leadersfurniture.com or if you have placed an order, we will contact you to review shipping costs and availability.
Canadian orders can be processed via email or telephone and will include additional shipping charges, applicable taxes, and customs brokerage fees.
Orders originating in the United States but being delivered to an overseas address can be delivered to a shipping port or freight forwarding service.
We are unable to make any arrangements beyond delivery to your port or freight forwarder. Oversees transport, final delivery to an overseas address, local duties, customs charges, surcharges, and taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
Premium Packaging
Recommended for orders being exported. $10 per piece includes extra bubble wrap and boxing.
Leader's Retail Local Delivery
Delivery is an In Home, White Glove, Red Carpet Delivery Service. No matter how much product you select we will bring it to you in your home and set it up for $99 per scheduled delivery trip. If we deliver to you it is our responsibility if it gets damaged in transit. We will also come out to your home free of charge for 1 full year if you have any warranty concerns.
*Due to the varied nature of home construction, Leader's Casual Furniture delivery professionals do not install or mount mirrors, pictures, or anything else mounted to the wall. Not all bed frames are made the same. Leader's Casual Furniture delivery professionals do not install headboards or footboards.

No Charge Warehouse Pick Up
You are able to pick up your order at our Largo, FL warehouse for no charge! Customer pick up is from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Warehouse must be notified at least one day before planned pick up(727.538.5577 ext. 231). Please bring help. We are sorry, Leader's Casual Furniture employees are not permitted to load furniture and or assist with the loading of furniture due to liability. Please prepare your vehicle for loading: seats down, free of obstacles, etc. Due to the nature of the product it does not come boxed or packaged in any way. Every item is unwrapped/un-boxed and thoroughly inspected before it leaves our distribution center. Please bring blankets, tie downs, bubble wrap, and/or any other packaging material you may need.

Order Time
LEADER'S is the largest volume casual furniture dealer in the Southeastern USA. We keep over $15 million of products in stock at all times. In-stock items will be shipped within 4 weeks or less upon confirmation of your order. If cushions have to be produced, or if your order is temporarily out of stock, we will discuss the issue with you and give you estimated ship times. For your reassurance, you will also receive written confirmation of our best estimated ship time.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax, except on items shipped to Florida. This savings will be in effect until Congress changes the law on Internet Sales Tax Collection. Since your local or state laws may vary on "use tax" when you buy something out of state, we leave it to you to handle any local taxes. Shipments going into Canada are charged the appropriate GST or HST taxes according to the province shipped to.
Order Cancellations and Return Policy
If you decide to return an item within 7 days of delivery to you, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return it as well as a 25% restocking fee. If the item is returned in damaged condition, additional charges for repairs will apply. Be sure any returns are very well packed, padded, and wrapped. All return shipments must be pre-arranged with our service department by calling (727) 538-5577 ext. 224. Return shipping expenses can be substantial. Please call us if you would like an estimate.
